Neurological health topics — dementia awareness as a neurodegenerative disease rather than a normal part of aging, cognitive assessment, cognitive preservation, and the correlation between reproductive trauma and dementia in women.
Who: Women and trans men with a uterus, island-wide, with Phase 1 focused on the Gampaha / Jaela district.
How: Quarterly in-person workshops led by the country director and volunteers, plus monthly online webinars for remote engagement.
Reproductive, maternal, and cognitive wellness resources for women and trans men with a uterus, in rural and urban areas of Sri Lanka.
Organic pads, peri-wash, menstrual hygiene products, and a hormonal cycle tracker.
Lactation aids — breast pump or baby milk bottles — self-care items, and wellness tools.
Cognitive exercises, mindfulness journals, an educational pamphlet, and stress balls.
Reproductive health, neurological wellness, maternal care, safe sex, and community empowerment — shared across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X/Twitter, in Sinhala, Tamil, and English.
Funds go directly toward producing and distributing Bloom Kits, running workshops, supporting medical screenings and treatments, and creating educational materials — with transparent accounting so donors can see exactly where their support lands.
